Q-001
Is RoboForgeAI a marketing agency that builds websites about robots?
No. RoboForgeAI is an industrial automation integrator registered in Ontario (BN 863174528ON0001). We design, build, and commission physical robotic cells, machine vision systems, and plant-floor software at customer facilities and at our Burlington campus. We do not offer digital marketing, SEO, brand campaigns, or website design services. If your primary need is promotional content rather than production automation, we will politely decline and suggest you engage a marketing specialist.
Q-002
Do you guarantee specific ROI, OEE, or uptime percentages?
We establish baseline metrics before each engagement and report achieved results in pilot closeout documentation. We do not publish blanket guarantees of return on investment or uptime because outcomes depend on factors outside our control: part variability, upstream supply, labour agreements, maintenance discipline, and environmental conditions. Where both parties agree on measurable targets and methodology, performance clauses may be included in a signed statement of work—but those are always project-specific, not universal promises on this website.
Q-003
Which industries do you serve?
Our active deployments span automotive tier suppliers, food and beverage packaging, precision machining, and medical device assembly. We evaluate fit based on technical feasibility and safety requirements rather than industry logos alone.
Q-004
Do you work outside Ontario?
Yes. We regularly deploy across Canada and select U.S. border states. Travel and per-diem costs are quoted explicitly in proposals for sites beyond the Golden Horseshoe.
Q-005
What robot brands do you support?
We maintain reference expertise on Universal Robots, Fanuc, and ABB platforms, with additional experience on KUKA and Yaskawa cells where clients already standardised. Vision stacks include Cognex, Keyence, and open-source OpenCV pipelines on industrial PCs or Jetson edge devices.
Q-006
How do pilots differ from full integration projects?
Pilots are time-boxed engagements with fixed deliverables—typically one cell or one software module. Full integration projects may span multiple cells, include capital equipment procurement, and extend through several production quarters with phased go-lives.
Q-007
Who owns the code and CAD produced during a project?
Upon final payment, clients receive licences to application code, robot programs, and mechanical drawings developed specifically for their deployment, subject to third-party OEM licence terms for robot controllers and commercial vision libraries.
Q-008
How do you handle safety compliance?
We produce risk assessments aligned with CSA Z434 and coordinate with your joint health and safety committee. Third-party validation can be arranged through partners you nominate or we recommend. Production operation always requires your site-specific sign-off.
Q-009
Can you integrate with our MES or ERP?
Yes. Common patterns include OPC-UA tag publishing, REST webhooks, MQTT Sparkplug B, and flat-file drops to SFTP endpoints. We document interface contracts so your IT team can regression-test after upgrades.
Q-010
What support is available after go-live?
Options include business-hours remote support, 24/7 monitored alerting, quarterly health checks, and on-site service blocks purchased in advance. Spare-parts lists are delivered at commissioning.
Q-011
How is personal data from contact forms handled?
Inquiry data is processed under PIPEDA as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell contact information to third parties.
Q-012
How do I request a campus tour or platform demo?
Submit the contact form and select "Platform demo request" or call +1 (905) 555-4216. Bring sample parts when possible so we can run realistic cycle tests in our integration bay.
