Website and services terms
Effective from: 10 July 2026 · Last updated: 10 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to roboforgeai.pro and general use of information published by RoboForgeAI. Separate signed statements of work, purchase orders, or master services agreements govern paid integration projects and prevail over these Terms where they conflict.
By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. About RoboForgeAI
RoboForgeAI provides industrial AI robotics integration services from 3330 South Service Road, Suite 200, Burlington, ON L7N 3M6, Canada (BN 863174528ON0001). Website content describes capabilities for business audiences; it does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing.
2. Permitted use
You may browse the website for legitimate business purposes, download publicly available materials for internal evaluation, and submit inquiries through provided forms. You may not:
- Use the site in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt unauthorised access to servers, accounts, or networks.
- Scrape, harvest, or automate extraction of content at rates that impair site operation.
- Introduce malware, interfere with security features, or probe vulnerabilities without written permission.
- Misrepresent affiliation with RoboForgeAI or impersonate our personnel.
- Reproduce substantial portions of the site for competitive derivative products without consent.
3. No professional reliance
Technical descriptions, metrics, case summaries, and FAQ answers are provided for general information. They are not engineering sign-off, safety certification, or financial advice for your facility. Production deployments require site-specific risk assessment, client acceptance testing, and compliance with applicable standards (including CSA-aligned robotics safety practices).
4. AI and robotics disclaimer
References to artificial intelligence, machine vision, predictive maintenance models, and orchestration software describe tools and methodologies used in commercial integrations. Performance varies with environmental conditions, data quality, mechanical state, SKU mix, and operator training. RoboForgeAI does not warrant that AI-assisted systems will operate error-free, achieve specific throughput or quality metrics, or replace legally required human oversight, safety interlocks, or qualified safety engineering review. Client personnel remain responsible for safe operation and regulatory compliance after commissioning.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, RoboForgeAI owns or licences trademarks, logos, text, graphics, layouts, and software comprising this website. Third-party robot and vision trademarks belong to their respective owners. No licence is granted except for limited viewing and downloading as described in Section 2. Client projects may involve separate IP assignments documented in project contracts.
6. Third-party links and tools
The site may reference third-party products, standards bodies, or external links. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Your use of third-party robot controllers, cloud platforms, or libraries remains subject to those vendors' terms.
7. Contact form and communications
When you submit the contact form, you represent that information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to share it. Processing is described in our Privacy Policy. We may decline or defer responses to abusive, fraudulent, or clearly out-of-scope requests (including solicitations unrelated to industrial automation).
8. Service engagements
Paid services are subject to mutually executed agreements specifying scope, fees, milestones, acceptance criteria, change control, warranties, and liability caps. Website program pricing is indicative and may change. Quotes expire on dates stated in proposals. Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, RoboForgeAI does not guarantee specific ROI, OEE, uptime, or cycle-time outcomes.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ROBOFORGEAI AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR WEBSITE-RELATED CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR PROVEN NEGLIGENCE WHERE EXCLUSION IS PROHIBITED.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoboForgeAI from claims arising out of your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights resulting from content you submit, except to the extent caused by our intentional misconduct.
12. Privacy and cookies
Personal information practices are set out in our Privacy Policy. Cookie use is described in our Cookie Policy.
13. Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version with a revised effective date. Material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario for disputes relating to these Terms or the website, subject to mandatory consumer protections if you qualify as a consumer in another jurisdiction.
15. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement regarding website use and supersede prior oral or written understandings on that subject.
16. Force majeure
RoboForgeAI is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, widespread supply-chain disruptions, labour stoppages, utility outages, epidemics, acts of government, or failures of third-party carriers and hosting providers. Affected obligations resume when the event ends or a workable alternative is identified.
17. Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a reorganisation, merger, or sale of assets, provided the assignee agrees to honour these Terms for website use.
18. Language
These Terms are drafted in English. If translated for convenience, the English version governs to the extent permitted by law. Parties acknowledge that technical integration documentation may include bilingual labels where required by client facilities in Quebec.
19. Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing signed by an authorised representative of RoboForgeAI.
20. Entire agreement for website
These Terms and incorporated policies represent the complete agreement governing public website access.
