Deployment programs

Structured pilots with defined exit criteria

Every RoboForgeAI program packages engineering hours, hardware allowances, and acceptance testing into a fixed-scope engagement. Programs are designed for plant managers who need a credible proof point before capital approval—not an open-ended consulting retainer.

Each program includes a kickoff workshop at your facility or our Burlington campus, weekly steering calls, and a closeout report with baseline versus achieved metrics. You retain all CAD, code, and configuration artefacts produced during the pilot.

Pilot robotic cell on a factory floor during commissioning

PRG-001 / PILOT-CELL

Pilot Cell Deployment

Six-week engagement to stand up a single collaborative or industrial robot cell for pick-and-place, machine tending, or light assembly. Includes safety zoning, gripper selection, and operator training for two shifts.

Deliverables: layout drawings, risk assessment draft, cycle-time report, and maintenance checklist. Ideal for teams validating automation before a multi-cell rollout.

Orchestration module interface controlling multiple robotic stations

PRG-002 / ORCH-MOD

Orchestration Module

Software layer that coordinates recipes, shift schedules, and exception handling across two to four existing cells. Normalises telemetry into a single dashboard your production lead can read without vendor-specific tools.

We integrate with OPC-UA tags you already expose and document alarm routing into email or Teams channels. Includes four weeks of hypercare after go-live.

From CAD $36,200 · 8 weeks

Platform demo session with engineers reviewing live cell data

PRG-003 / PLATFORM-DEMO

Platform Demonstration

Two-day hosted session at our Burlington integration lab. Bring sample parts and cycle requirements; we run them through a reference cell with vision, force sensing, and traceability logging.

Not a production deployment—this program de-risks technical feasibility and gives your stakeholders a tangible reference before budget cycles close.

Predictive maintenance review session with sensor dashboards

PRG-004 / PDM-START

Predictive Maintenance Starter

Instrument up to eight assets with vibration and temperature nodes, train anomaly models on four weeks of baseline data, and route alerts into your CMMS. Includes sensor hardware and edge gateway for the pilot zone.

Maintenance managers receive playbooks for each alert class so technicians know whether to slow the line, schedule intervention, or continue monitoring.

Programs can be combined or sequenced. Many clients start with PRG-003, proceed to PRG-001 on the highest-impact line, then layer PRG-002 once multiple cells are live. Custom scopes outside these packages are quoted through our integration services team.
